Mr. SAMSON is a Partner at Stabit Advocates Uganda with a legal experience that spans for over five years in the field of Corporate Law, land law and conveyance, family law practice, civil, litigation and criminal law, Constitutional Law and administrative Law.
Mr. SAMSON’s reputation precedes him in as far as litigation is concerned in a way that he has been involved in many cases in the country. Besides Litigation, SAMSON also handles corporate matters where he specializes in land transactions and company and business-related issues.
Mr. SAMSON holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) and a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center. He is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, a member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society. He is a native speaker of English, Luganda and Kiswahili.
