Mr. Kiganda Ismail is an advocate of the High Court and a partner at Stabit Advocates Rwanda with a legal experience that spans for over four years in the field of land law and conveyance, family law practice, corporate and commercial, civil, litigation and criminal law.
Mr. Ismail’s reputation precedes him in as far as litigation is concerned in a way that he has been involved in many high profiled cases in the country in areas of land law, company law, insurance law, the law of Banking and financial institutions. Besides Litigation, Ismail also handles corporate matters where he specializes in land transactions and company matters.
Mr. Kiganda Ismail holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), a post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center, a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development-Rwanda and is currently pursuing his LLM at Makerere University Kampala. He is a qualified and a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, and Rwanda. He is a fluent speaker of English, Luganda, Kiswahili and Arabic.
